Prior to joining Ariana in 2003, Mohammad was one of the founders and the Director of Drug Design and IT at RiboTargets, Cambridge, UK.
He set up and managed RiboTargets’ structure-based discovery platform RiboDockR - rDock which allowed the identification and validation leading to the licensing-of novel therapeutic molecules. It became the central focus of RiboTargets until its successful merger with Vernalis. Before joining RiboTargets Mohammad held several positions in academic institutions including the Department of Chemistry of the University of York, UK, and the CRBM of the CNRS in France.
He holds a Medical Degree (DCEM), MPhil in Computer Science, a PhD in structural biochemistry and a "Habilitation doctorate" from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Montpellier, France.

After his PhD at the Pasteur Institute in fondamental virology, Daniel Larzul joined the Henri Beaufour/IPSEN Institute as the head of a molecular biology laboratory for two years. Then he participated in the creation of a new company called BioInnova. He integrated the management of a viral safety laboratory in the Pasteur Institute, as deputy director in 1993 and director from 1995 to 2003.
Since 2000, Daniel Larzul has the Scientific Coordinator Position of the Technology Transfer Department at the Pasteur Institute.

She has seven years of experience in the food industry, mainly in technical positions. She joined venture capital since 2000, investing mainly in life sciences. Since 2000, she has been appointed to more than 10 board memberships.
